Особенности твердых тканей зубов у детей с нарушением слуха

Аннотация

Дети с нарушением слуха имеют отягощенный стоматологический статус; при осмотре в 66,4% случаев диагностирована гипоплазия твердых тканей зубов, клиническое течение которой зависело от степени нарушения слуха. Дети с тугоухостью достоверно чаще имеют высокий уровень кариесрезистентности (18,6‰ против 2,6%; Р<0,001), средний уровень выявлен у 72,1% детей с тугоухостью, что на 3,7% выше (Р<0,001). 0,05). Низкий уровень достоверно чаще регистрировался у детей с глухотой (21,1% против 9,3%; P<0,01). Очень низкий уровень резистентности наблюдался только у детей с глухотой в 7,9% случаев.
