Особенности состояния полости рта у больных, перенёсших инсульт, и ключевые аспекты стоматологической помощи

Инсульт является основной причиной смерти и инвалидности в мире. По статистике в Узбекистане ежегодно регистрируется более 65 тысяч новых случаев инсульта. Больные после перенесённого инсульта в течение долгого времени испытывают различные проблемы со здоровьем, проходят продолжительную реабилитацию. Статья посвящена анализу данных научной литературы и результатов клинических исследований, посвящённых изучению влияния инсульта на состояние полости рта и особенностей оказания стоматологической помощи больным, перенёсшим острое нарушение мозгового кровообращения. Данные исследований подтверждают актуальность проблемы разработки единой тактики дентальной имплантации у больных, перенёсших инсульт, а также поддерживающей терапии для повышения эффективности проводимого стоматологического лечения.
