Abstract

Treatment of precancerous diseases of the oral mucosa comes down to the use of potent hormonal agents that have a number of side effects. The trends of modern dentistry lead us to the use of effective medications that do not negatively affect other organs and systems. 50 patients with precancerous diseases of the oral mucosa on medical examination at the department of Therapeutic Dentistry of Tashkent State Dental Institute since 2016, have received complex treatment including phytoecdysteroids. To fulfill the objectives of the study, the patients who applied were examined clinically, using autofluorescence stomatoscopy, as well as cytology using Papanicolaou’s and Abdullahodzhaeva-Krahmalev’s methods.
