Abstract

The article looks at how to pick and use different dental implant restorations with different abutments. Current trends in implant prosthetics are studied. The clinical reasons for choosing certain designs based on clinical and anatomical situations and load type are given. Biomechanical aspects of how the implant, abutment, and restoration work together are studied, alongside giving practical advice on getting the best functional and aesthetic results.
