Abstract

This article focuses on optimizing the diagnostic and treatment stages of patients with secondary partial edentia. The authors describe in detail the clinical examination protocol, including medical history collection, physical examination, and specialized instrumental methods (CBCT, RFA analysis). The study demonstrates the effectiveness of the combined use of metabolic support (calcium, vitamins D3, K2) in combination with local antiseptic therapy to improve the quality of osseointegration and reduce marginal bone resorption.
